Process

How it works: the 7-day GEO process

The process starts with a measurement on day 1 and ends with a verification report on day 7 — the same queries, run again. Below you will find all five phases and the output delivered to you at each one. The technical detail of our method is shared with clients under contract, not published here; the FAQ explains why.

  1. 1

Discovery call Day 1 · morning

A 30-minute call about your business, target customers and competitors. We then prepare test queries reflecting real customer behaviour and submit them for your approval.

  2. 2

First measurement — the "before" snapshot Day 1 · afternoon

Approved queries are run on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity under controlled conditions. Mentions and recommendation ranks are recorded for you and 3 competitors; this table is the reference for day 7.

  3. 3

Building your brand identity Days 2-3

AI systems only recommend a brand they find consistent and verifiable. In this phase we make your digital identity something models recognise without hesitation. Its output is invisible to visitors — and visible in answers.

  4. 4

    Content transformation Days 4-6

We turn your key pages into something an AI can carry into its own answer. Your copy is not deleted but restructured; your brand voice is preserved and every change is approved by you before it goes live.

  5. 5

Verification measurement & delivery Day 7

The day-1 query set is re-run under identical conditions. You receive a query-level before/after report, an assessment of where you stand and a 30-day recommendation list.

Process FAQ

Does the whole process really take 7 days?

The setup and optimization work, yes — 7 business days. AI platforms need additional time to reflect the changes: typically 1-4 weeks for search-augmented answers, longer for answers based on model training.

What do you need from us?

Three things: a 30-minute discovery call, access to your website (or coordination with your developer), and manager access to your business profiles.

Why don't you publish the details of your method?

Because an AI answer opens only two or three recommendation slots per query. Publishing our checklist and query design would directly erode the advantage of the clients we have won those slots for. The method is hidden from your competitors, not from you: once work begins, every step passes your approval and appears in the delivery report.

What happens after day 7?

You receive the delivery report with a 30-day recommendation list. You can continue with monthly monitoring or run the process with your own team.

What if there are no results?

Visibility cannot be guaranteed by any agency — but the methodology is transparent: same queries, same conditions, measurable comparison. If there is no progress by day 7, the report states why and recommends the next step.
